TRUSTING TEAMS WORK WITH EASE
We support you in developing new ways of building strong relationships using our team coaching processes. You will learn a range of specific coaching models to use in your in-house coaching. And you will integrate this via our transformational one on one performance coaching.
What does this look like? As a small core team, you will be working with us for 2 – 4 months; we will run 6 – 10 core training modules (3 hours each) with the team; supported by one-on-one coaching; and followed by group coaching sessions to integrate and gain the full reward from this emotional intelligence-based programme.
INCREASE YOUR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WITH NEURO-LINGUISTIC TRAINING
We will support you individually in developing a new range of precise communication skills to quickly build trusted relationships, and increase your levels of influence. And you will join the global NLP community dedicated to achieving organisational excellence via our Certified programmes – NLP Practitioner, NLP Master and NLP Trainer programmes.
What does this look like? Join a group of a maximum of 12 people for 14 core training sessions (3 hours each) over a 2-month period or in-person over 8 days. Increase your awareness and learn a range of NLP models designed to give you more choice at work and home in how you pursue whats important to you.
LET GO OF STRESS AND ANXIETY – PRIORITISE YOUR EMPLOYEES EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
We will support your employees in dealing with stress and anxiety; your staff will learn to use their minds flexibly for achieving personal balance and wellness.
What does this look like? We create a safe, nurturing online space, where we welcome employees to relax and share whats on their minds and hearts. And we explore mental wellbeing, finding new ways to return to our individual sense of balance and rhythm.
OUR VISION CIRCLE FOR ENTREPRENEURS
You will join this high impact support programme for senior leaders from private and public sector organisations. You will experience a mix of group and personal coaching, activating each person’s sense of personal vision and creating a powerful peer learning environment.
What does this look like? Work in a small group of no more than 10, over a 3-month period, in a minimum of 6 online sessions (3 hours each) supported by out of session, one-on-one coaching.
